    Scatter plot x-axis problem

    Hello,

    I am trying to get the x-axis to show years 1990, 2000, 2010...etc. but it only shows 1,2,3,....

    I can't figure out how to get it to show the actual data! If I change the axis to 1990+ it doesn't show the y axis stuff.

    Anyone have some advice? Pic is attached.
