Need urgent help with Excel Homework

We have just started using Excel and this is our homework. I'm really worried about it and need help. Please help. Thank you

Unfortunately there is not a lot of information provided to even begin to help you along the right path.

Since we cannot see the class workbook, it can be difficult for us to guess what your question about step 3 of Case 1 might be. How would you compute these weighted averages outside of Excel (by hand or hand calculator)?
