Need help with sorting/grouping data either groups and/or pivot table

Thank you, so far the Field Values is good!


When I do:
"-Next un-select #DD through #Adviser.
-Pull the fields District Director through Adviser into the Values window just as you did into the Row Labels."

The data doesn't count or add up.
