    Dynamic Chart based on average

Is it possible to have a dynamic chart where the data displayed is based off of the average value? I have a dataset with 13 categories I need to look at and the Line chart is to messy and difficult to read. The way to display the data that makes the most sense is to group the categories into subcategories based on a range of averages. i.e CAT 1, CAT 5, CAT 9 is 1-100, CAT 2, CAT 4, CAT 7, CAT 8 is 100-200 ect ect.

Is there a way to build a dynamic chart that I can select the data I want to see based on the averages?

attached is a sample of what my data would look like.
