Help with distinct count on Pivot table

Hi,

Is there anyway to show the data as I want in the excel attached using Pivot tables?

A "Service Provider" can have multiple rows at the same "Time", but I can use the distinct count function to get 1 value. However when I do this for different days the pivot table then takes distinct time values over all the times within those dates.

For example
Date Today - Service provider has one row at 8PM
Date Yesterday - Service provider has one row at 8PM. I therefore want 2 as a value yet I get 1 because of the same time, even though a different day.
