Activity each month per person or weather chart

Dear all,

I have been trying to creat a chart similar to my uploaded file with the values on the file for each month but without success.
What I want to create is a chart with the months on the X axis and the number of times the person or weather is active on that month on the Y axis.

Could you please help me to think straight and figure out how to do this possible?
