It is not clear, if you have separate series for each color (with Y values based on your B column, and X values based on C,D,etc)? Probably instead of posting screenshots it would be better to attach sample file (see http://www.excelforum.com/forum-rule...rum-rules.html )

I am attaching a sample version now.
Thank you for any help - my deadline is approaching soon and I am unable to solve this.
By the way, I can click on a label outline near the point, and put in label options "value from cells"
=map!$A$5:$A$205 which puts a label on the series point. However, if I delete the information for that specific series point later, titles go away. Also often times new series points do not automatically have that title (or shape, or color).
