Sorting through text in single cell

Hi,
I’m trying to figure out what the best way to filter through information in column N would be? For example, if I wanted to pull up all the deals that Williams or Ramirez was in, how could I do this efficiently? I was thinking of breaking out each name into columns, marking X’s if they participated in a deal, and then filtering that way, but it seems very dirty doing it that way. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

assuming you are talking about column U (not N) on the Recent Issuance sheet, you could turn the data into an Excel Table or enable Autofilter. Then you can use the filter drop-down and create a custom filter, where you can combine two criteria.
