Having issues with plotting my data in a chart, any chart!!

I'm not entirely clear on what you require, but I've created a Gantt chart using Conditional Formatting formulas, on the Task Plan sheet, that checks for date-spans that each Environment has activity and highlights the cell blue or green - green if the date is less than or equal to today. As there are a lot of dates I've added a scroll bar to move through the dates to see the ranges of activity.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but it might give you a few ideas.
