Hi nsmjc,

Part of the problem is your data needs to be in a TABLE where each column needs a heading and no blank rows or columns. I also combined crumbly and flaky together and had 4 composition words. See the attached and play with Pivots a bit to help.

You might also give a number scale to each word, where Excellent - 4, Good - 3, OK = 2, Bad = 1. Then multiply the count by the number to get some totals and then graph the totals for each area and chart them.
