    Pivot table help Please

    Hello All
I think this is a simple one....Hoping I can get some guidance with my pivot table.

Attached is the file/pivot table I created. I cant quite figure out how to :
1.Get the time to read chronologically across the top
    2. Get the Days of week in Order

    Thanks in Advance

    Ron,

I took your data on the visit sheet, converted it to a table then sorted the day, time and date (in that order), and then created a new PT on a new sheet. See if this is the way you want it to look.

    Hi again Ron,

Disregard my previous post. I discovered that a lot of your times were entered as text which was causing the problems you were encountering. See if this attachment is what you were after.
