Pivot Table Data as Plain Text

Dear All,

I have set of data from which i get Info via Normal Pivot table when i need some data.
But there is a change as that I want the data sub-rows as plain text/ comma separated

I manually set it out but i want to get data like this from pivot table:

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

Don't upload pictures they are rarely much use and none of us want to recreate your workbook.

It is done normally in past when i was using Office 2010 but now dont know how to do it.
