Calculating Y/Y Growth in Pivot table with some values being zero

I am having trouble calculating Y/y growth for the managers and sales reps in pivot table. I have the correct calculation in the raw data, but when I put the managers and reps together in a pivot table, it shows the incorrect growth for the sales manager (sum of growth) and the correct growth for the sales rep.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
