How to create a chart for fuel log

Hi all,

I am using Road Trip app on iPad to record the fuel consumption of my vehicle. Attached are the chart and the data file exported from the app. My question is that if we can make a similar chart in Excel. If yes, how to do that?

- The grey chart is the average fuel consumption of each trip.
- The red line is the average fuel consumption accumulated up to date.
