When I connect to database via pivot, I have an access table linked to say called report row and report description.

When I put this along side each other on pivot with data, I want to to show all report rows including rows with no data, when I do this with report description long side, I get all the report rows but all the report descriptions are shown long side. For example I have 50 report rows but instead of report description for each report rows I have for each report row I have 50 report descriptions, how do I fix to show all 50 report rows with just 50 report description?
