In the Pivot table in the attached workbook I am trying to filter out all values except positive $$$s. This seems simple enough - the option is available but Excel just ignores my settings.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!![]()

A problem well defined is a puzzle half solved
If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution.Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

On the Row Label Drop Down > Select Field Drop Down Select Customer > Value Filter > Greater Than > 0
See the file attached.

go to the last row label and use the value filter
ie Customer Desc. in this case

Thanks for your suggestions but filtering "Customer Desc" field does not work. I want to filter out zero $values for "Sum of Overdue" field. How can I make this work?
did you download NeedForExcel's file? (his solution is same as mine)
i just added the phrasing last row label in case you change the which is last
isn't that what you wanted or have we missed the mark?
Thanks humdingaling. I did download NeedForExcel's file and could see that it worked but when I applied it to my own real workbook it didn't work.
I have looked at it again and can now see I was applying the filter in the wrong place. It's now working!!!
Many thanks. Please accept a rep start from me.![]()
