Column Graph W/ % On Y Axis & % Lables On Outside End & Raw Nbrs On Inside Mid Of Column

Using: Excel 2010

Hello, would like some help going about adding data labels to the inside of of the columns.

The graph I currently have has the Y axis by percent and the % (values) as data labels added to the outside end of the columns. Would just like to add the raw data that comprises (part of) the percents to the inside middle of the columns.

I have attached a file with where I have gotten thus far. I do have the XY Chart Labeler, but when I tried to use it to add manual labels, the new ones I added replaced the percent ones!
