How to create a chart based on 2 columns in a x / y axis

    Hi all,

I would like some help regarding the following:

We can export a list of folders and users who have access to these folders and i would like to create a chart which shows as in the print screen. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance!

so based on what you see left i would like to create a chart with the column names devided on X and Y and for each record in the list i want to either show a "1" or maybe color the field.

    Use a pivot table:
    - Highlight your data and insert pivot table
    - Drag Folder to Row Labels
    - Drag User to Column Labels
    - Drag User to Values

You can then go into the Design ribbon (under PivotTable Tools) and remove grand totals if that's what you want.
Don't just use the answers provided for you. Try to understand how it works by reverse engineering or asking about it.
