Hi,
I am currently plotting charts that comprise clients’ data that may stretch back up to 5 years.
As a lot of the clients’ data is generated daily, the graphs can be very compressed, and difficult to read.
I wish to keep the existing graphs, and add a second (separate)chart to each client’s file, showing the last 2 years results – still calculated from the same data file.
I have been able to create such graphs, but when I update the data each month, the second graph doesn’t update.
An additional issue when calculating for the 2nd graph is, I understand, that one method would be to calculate the last, say, 730 days (2 years) of data.
However some of our clients (farmers) produce data daily, twice daily, or once every 2 days; in addition, as production levels vary during the year, individual farmers can jump between the various levels.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
P.S. I’m not a whiz at Excel – K-I-S-S please.![]()
