Why isn't my scroll bar referencing certain data contained in my list?

Please see attachment for the spreadsheet.

On the chart, if you scroll all the way to the right, you'll notice that the last date referenced by the chart is not the last day that I have included in my list of dates. I thought that the formulas were set up correctly, but I guess not.

How can I get this set up so that all dates listed are included in the chart?

Also, I would like to continually add data to the list, and would like it to auto-update on the chart as well. Is this possible to do?

    Thanks.

As your workbooks data is linked from another sheet that we dont have access to then its difficult to see what is wrong, your chart though contains 12 items and according to the Series data should contain 12 items (K5-K16) so Im unsure whether Im misreading your issue?

I've attached the entire workbook, which is a template that I have been working off of.

Please let me know if it is possible to to add lines of data beyond row 16. For example, more data will be available to add to this spreadsheet, and I'd put that data in H17, I17, J17, and K17 for example, and then more in H18, I18, J18, and K18.

I want the time line to be able to reflect these additions, and have the ability to scroll across using the scroll bar.

Thanks, and please see new attachment.
