Calculating Time of Day Occurrences & Charting Them

Good Morning All,

I searched for this topic but didn't quite find what I was looking for.

I have a spreadsheet with dispatching information for a service. I am focusing on the time received column which is entered in military time HH:MM; I want to create a chart that will bundle the hour of the day into a graph and count the number of occurrences per hour (0000-0059, 0100-0159, ect.)

I solved half of the problem with the =HOUR(A1) function to round a HH:MM entry to the hour but am having a hard time getting the hours to group, count and graph.

Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.
