non-VBA way to highlight the Top 3 values per row in a pivot table

    Hi Experts,

Just wondering if there's a non-VBA option to highlight the Top 3 values per row in a pivot table.

I already tried conditional formatting using the formula =Cell>=LARGE(range,3)

but the formula and the applies to field keeps on changing every time the pivot table is filtered or updated.

    Any possible solutions?

The approach you described seems to be right one. so ... if it's not working attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
