Piviot Table Calculating incorrect

Hello,

I am having an issue with the piviot table calculations. The file attached (data.png) is the raw data. I want to count all the cells that include the word "Pipeline" in the Primary Market Sub-Segment column. I set up the the piviot table with no problem and check to see if the numbers concur with the raw data (data.png) (see Piviot 1).

I start to run into issues when I want to continue to count the times "pipeline" occurs on the SECOND column which is the Secondary Market Sub-Segment (data.png). The numbers are a duplicate of the primary market Sub-segment (Piviot 2 error.png). According to my logic, I believe I have set up the tables properly, but I may be missing something. The end goal is to take the two columns, (Primary and Secondary) and sum up their grand totals (# of times pipeline occurs).

Please help! Any guidance/suggestions would help.
