Hi,

My department inputs figures in to a shared workbook on a Thursday afternoon and needs graphs for each client info to be produced for Friday morning. We used to use standard excel graphs but it was a pain continually having to link the data everytime a new client was added to the workbook. I thought pivot charts would be easier but cant create them or edit them with the workbook being shared. Is there anyway round this? The pivots don't need to be shared but the data entry does!!
