Line chart to show all values

Hi

I'm trying to create a line chart which shows months at bottom and value up to 100 on the left hand side. I want each risk to appear on the chart but when I try doing this all the risks lines do not appear on the chart. Sorry not sure if I'm making sense but please have a at the attached screen shot.

The reason is that some of the data matches other data so the lines are on top of each other. For instance, Risk 3, 4 and 5 are the same, so it only shows Risk 5, Risk 3 and 4 are on the same exact line because they have the same exact data as Risk 5 so they do not show.

If you right click on the chart then click Select Data, you can choose the data you want it to display.
