Line graphs with non-adjacent columns

Hi,

I am trying to create a simple line graph that looks something like this, but am struggling to do it:

The data is structured like this attached excel file:

format.xlsx

Could anyone help me with this? I have no problem selecting the non-adjacent data, just can't get it represented in the way I'd like!

Thank you very much for this. But do you think iot's possible to do this based on my spreadsheet? So the horizontal data comes from the time and the Grup is based on the contents of the group column?
It's very helpful to have this chart you provided but I want to be able to create many charts and with as little manipulation of the original formatted data as possible.
Do you think this is possible?

Yes you can do.
Sort the sheet with Group ID, insert 'Subtotal' (under Data Tab), merge the Group remove the sum or average of each change (as you selected).
Ungroup the rows & colums or copy & paste the cells to other sheet and insert a line graph.
