I'd like to know if possible to present a drop in numbers like in the picture below , where working hours dropped from 333 to 248 representing -26% drop month to month
how this can be done in chart ?

Hello,
you will need to calculate the percentage on your worksheet somewhere. Then you can place a shape or a text box on the chart and point its formula to to the cell that has the percentage calculation.

Thanks for your relply , so pivot chart or normal charts do not have the ability and it has to be done manually instead ?

Yes. Calculating the percentage difference between two data points and putting this as a label on the chart is not a feature of either regular or pivot charts and has to be arranged manually.
