Using Date Ranges from a Pivot Table

Hello,

Can anyone assist me pulling a weekly Date range, Monthly Date range and yearly Date range from a Pivot Table?

Hi Angie,

I have attached a file. Pivot is made by each date.
To create pivot by Month or Year; right click on Row Label & click on Group then select Months or Year (refer to attached image)
