Change Data source to include new rows (or remove rows without data) automatically

I am new with Pivot tables.

I am creating a weekly report which will have new data every week. This data is then plotted using pivot table and used in my report.

Every week the amount of rows in the raw data may change. I go to the raw data sheet, delete the current data and add the new raw data on it.

    For example,
Jan 1st week has 109 rows
Jan 2nd week has 120 rows
Jan 3rd week has 90 rows
    ...
Dec 51st week has 112 rows

I am looking for a way for the pivot table to automatically change the data source to adjust to these rows. Since it does not happen automatically, I have to go to each table and change its data source manually. There are over 8 different raw data reports each month which I change. Just wondering if it is possible to automate it without using a macro.

Is the data in a table?

If it was then the pivot table would automatically update as data was added/removed.

Thank you for your response. The data sheets were not in tables. I created the tables for them.

Then I went to "Change Data Source" and entered the table names instead of the ranges

Now when the new data will arrive next week, will I be doing the following?

    1. Remove the data from 2 tables and enter the new data in there _ Part of the process (leave the headers from original table)
    2. Enter the extra rows in the third table _ Part of the process
    3. Resize tables
    4. Refresh Source for pivot

    Is this correct?

As mentioned above, you can put the raw data into an actual table and refer to the table name instead of the cell range. You could also select the entire columns of your raw data for the pivot table source instead of the specific cell range... so for example instead of A1:D120 for your source, you could just select A:D. This will add in blanks, but you can just filter them off in the pivot table.
