I have seen many example of the "Select Data Source" dialogue box, and they all include check boxes to select the data in the horizontal axis. Mine does not have these. My Office version is Professional Plus 2010. Where can I find the setting that will add check boxes to allow me to select only certain data? For example, I have a chart for the fiscal year, so I have included the whole range of months, but don't want to reflect future months on the chart. My co-workers are able to select only past and present months.
