Scatter Chart and Sub totalling

I have a list of data. In column A there is a name of a country and in column B a date. They represent orders received and the country of origin. There are approximately 20 rows for each date each with various countries lists, not unique countries, typically UK but with some exceptions. I want to measure where the orders are coming from to establish whether there is an increase in international orders. I need to count the entries per country per day and present this in a graph or some nature. Please can I have help, Thank you, Laura
