Creating even percentile plots in 100% stacked column chart

Hi all,

I'm trying to replicate the plot below in excel, so that I can layer my own percentile values on top. I want each bar to have evenly spaced quartiles just like this:

I've tried a few different data configurations using the 100% stacked column chart, and I can't get it to look right:
