check your data. Some cells that appear empty actually contain a space. These will be included in a count.

cell H3 on the data sheet has a space. That accounts for the wrong count of 11 instead of 10.
cell J262 contains a space
cell L213 contains a space

By the way, there is not a single pivot chart in the whole workbook. What we're looking at are pivot tables. Details matter. Naming things correctly helps us help you.
