Chart Axis with multiple scales

Hi guys,

I got request to create scattered chart with different scaled axes … I've made it … in Photoshop ;-) … but now I wonder if there is possible to create something like that in Excel. At the bottom (or/and) top axis I need different scales for those lines… any idea or simply not possible?

you can move a series to the secondary axis.
Secondary vertical scale will automatically be enabled, you can add secondary horizontal scale via the Layout tab on the ribbon

Not sure though how the reader of the chart would know what scale a particular series belonged to.
