Need help with data

I need some help. I have a file that I have attached with a date/time, quantity in Gallons, and a component name. I need a way to take the first time of each day and subtract it from the last time of each day for each of the two components. Then I need to be able to put this new information into a bar graph. Is there an easy way to do this? I have a much bigger file with the same type of info that I need to do this with.

Any help would be great.
