Pivot table totals

Hello,

Would like to know if there is a way to expand a pivot table to show additional total rows, as shown on the attached file. For a series of products, it shows each plant that produces the product, and for each plant it shows the cost and revenue. I can't seem to get the cost and revenue breakout for the product summarized across all plants. Certainly, a separate pivot, without the plant parameter, would do the job, but I would prefer to have one pivot if at all possible.

I posted this question last year but no answer. Hope it's OK to try again.
