Question How do I collate questionnaire results into a pivot table

Good Afternoon, I am currently do a research project, and part of this project is a questionnaire with ten questions. I am trying to collate the answers to each question into a pivot table, so that I can show the results by all, or by job role. i have tried to create apivot table as I think this is possibly the right way to go however struggling! Can you advise?I have attached the results of the first question. Once I can grasp this sure I can then use for other questions.

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Forum.

Please see if the attached file works for you, I have slightly modified the data layout here.

With the way the data is laid out, I don't think you can use a Pivot Table. For that, I think you would need one row for each person for each question.

You can, however, count the yes and no answers on a row, if that helps.

    See the attached.
