Good day,

I need a column chart to add in different planned, and actual figures for different people, and different tasks.

I have attached an image example of exactly how the chart should function. If the target is 5, and the actual is 2, the bar should be filled accordingly.

I have also attached an excel sheet with my database. This will occur on a monthly basis.

Can someone PLEASE assist me???

Hi,

You will have to arrange the data in a correct way.. The way you have arranged isnt the best way.
