I am trying to fathom out how I can create a pivot table which works on shift patterns over a 12 hour period. Shift 1 commences on day 1 at 0701 finishing at 1900 and the other shift commences at 1901 finishing at 0700 on day 2. I have attached some sample data with the data and I am looking to use columns U and V (finished date and time) as the basis of the groupingShift-Sample.xlsx. Thanks
