Hello,
Newbie to charting here. I am doing daily physical charting and want to see correlations. On the top are the days of the month (1-28). On the side are various things to measure (daily energy, etc). So far about 28 rows on the left. Each cell is rated 1-5.
I want to see correlations. What's the best way to visually analyze this data? Every chart I do looks like a hot mess, with everything running into each other.

Did a bar graph, but the only way it would make sense is for me to choose graduated colors based on the 1-5 so I could actually see what's happening in the values I entered (rather than the random colors Excel assigned to each side column element.

Here is what I am trying to find: On day X of the month, physical energy was high or low, which corresponds to other factors charted - diet, physical activity, mood etc.
Would greatly appreciate any advice that would help me find a simple, preferably color-customizable, readable approach to see what corresponds to what.
Thank you!
=)
