    How to organise data for my graph

    Hi,

    I was struck with this. I would like to know who make the most mistake by week. But I do not know how to organise the data to the graph.

    You need to create a summary table in order to chart it. See Example 1 sheet.

    You may find it easier to separate the data from the report layout. See Sheet1
    Then you can use pivot table / chart to report.

    Sheet2 replicates report layout, including ranking of reasons within person.
    Sheet3 contains chart summary of person by period
