pivot formatting

I have a pivot table, chart and other data on this page. I have different slicers set up and it was working fine. then all I did was select a different address from the slicer and the formatting goes wacky. (see before and after pics). Any help is appreciated.

also, if I go to some other worksheet and then back to this one the formatting is fine again. or if I scroll to the right and then back again the formatting comes back to what it should be.
