Plz Help me to retrieve data from my excel sheet

I have the Data in my sheet Like This

I want to retrieve data like this
2.jpg

If i enter the serial number i have to get the data in that corresponding row

I've also showed another method using a Pivot Table. Pivot Tables are a lot more efficient at analysing and summarising data.
