Help - Flow chart that is updating from table

Hello,

I would like to create a flow chart table for a repairing process in my lab, this is the flow (part of it)
1. Case open
2. item on the way
3. item arrived
4. item waiting for diagnose
5. diagnose
6. repairing
7. burn-in
8. failure and labor report
9. shipping
10. case closed

I would like to create this flow and that each time I update the status the flow chart will update showing how many items I have in each step

is it possible?

Thanks, but it is not what I meant for...

I have attached a picture of the full flow chart, I would like to build this flow in Excel (using shapes) and that in each shape (part of the flow) I will have the title and the number of items matching the title description.

so if I have under open 3 cases the shape of open will have the title open and (3).

is it possible?
