Select graph line and right click on it -> Format Data Series -> Secondary Axis (under Series Options)

thanks for for post: I tried this but got the following:

You now have a secondary Y axis, you just need to format it however you wish.
Everyone who confuses correlation and causation ends up dead.
Just anticipating a bit:
if you want your bars next to each other, the easiest way will be to add 2 empty series (one drawn on main, second on secondary axis, because otherwise it is not easy to move the bars left or right)
