Pivot chart, display results repeated within 7 days

I have a pivot chart of 50+ sites displaying different types of equipment and the dates we receive a call for them. I would like to display all sites and equipment names repeated within 7 days of each other. All of this data comes from a table so if it is easier to display in another means please let me know.

In the example above I would want to see [Store]5100 [Equipment]Deli Freezer [Date]4/27/14,4/30/14,5/30/14,6/1/14,6/5/14,6/6/14
