Traffic Vs. Sales Data in a Chart

Hello,

I am attempting to compare traffic and sales data per community on a chart. I'd like for sales data to be a portion of the traffic data on a bar graph in order to show what portion of traffic is converted to a sale in a given community.

I can't wrap my head around how to format a table to show the monthly traffic vs sales data on a chart. I've attached a spreadsheet that I'm working from. I'd like to show the traffic vs sales data per month.
