Overlaping bar chart percentage data label location help

I have an overlapping bar chart showing TY vs LY results. On my chart, I'm including TY and % data labels. I would like to get my "% data label" to automatically appear somewhere it can be read. Right now, it is stacked on top of the Customer name or over the top of my "TY data label".

I'm not particular on where the "TY data label" and the "% data label" are on the chart as long as it can be read.
