hep with chart and Pivot Table

Hi All
I have a spreadsheet, which I have attached. I am trying to produce a report that shows me which sales associate has scored less than 2. I want to draw a graph for each week number for Sales Associates who have scored 1 or less. I also want to produce a pivot chart for each week. I cannot get the week numbers appear in pivot chart as I am not sure I have designed this spreadsheet properly to give me the result which I need in my Pivot table. Also I need to know how do I plot a chart just for those who have scored 1 or zero for each week.

Any help is appreciate it.
