Think of this as 3 stage project where the person in stage 2 is reliant on the exact data from stage 1 and stage 3 is will require the data from stage 2.
Excel Table 1 - QC
This is all manual data entry and has 14 columns that are used as an external data set for phase 2
Excel Table 2 - Reporting
I wanted to appended addition columns to the the imported data from <table 1> as to continue with the flow of information for this stage and eliminate duplicating the data entry process
My problem with this is when I end up doing a data refresh the original imported data will update while the information in the appended columns go out of sorts and do not stay in the intended row that is associated with the service number

Still pending on finding an efficient way to eliminate data entry.
Any suggestions?
